Contour Thread Lift in Beverly Hills – Take Ten Years Off Your Face!

For many men and women in their late thirties or early forties, a full surgical face lift is too much. Thread Face Lift has been a terrific alternative for those who need a slight lift to their brow and upper face, but aren’t ready for drastic surgery.

Dr. Harrison H. Lee of Beverly Hills, California performs a non invasive face lift called the Contour Thread Lift™. This non surgical procedure can lift and tighten jowls and drooping areas of your face in about an hour. Because no incisions are required, the procedure is no more invasive than getting injections of BOTOX® or facial fillers such as collagen.

During the Contour Thread Lift™ procedure, a specially-designed hollow needle is used to insert tiny threads, called prolene sutures, into the layer of fat beneath your skin. These threads attach to strategically-chosen anchor points, either in the hairline or below the jaw. The threads are then used to lift up problem areas, creating a more youthful, refreshed appearance.

The medical profession has been using these sutures successfully without complication for over 30 years. For a Contour Thread Lift, typically two to eight threads are used on a patient, and the cost is determined by the number of threads used.

Prolene sutures do not dissolve, making the results permanent but also easily reversible. This quick, easy procedure can achieve roughly 50 to 70 percent of the enhancement of a traditional, “open” face lift, and if you decide later that you want to have another facial rejuvenation procedure such as blepharoplasty, face lift, or brow lift, Contour Thread Lift™ will not hamper your ability to do so.

Contour Thread Lift is not invasive and only requires a numbing anesthetic. The recovery time is just two to three days and unlike traditional facelifts, the procedure can be adjusted. With a moderate amount of pressure the effect can be adjusted.

As with any procedure there are risks, including infection. Dr. Lee will answer any questions you may have about possible side effects and post-operative care.
